These are my neighborhood courts. There is usually room to play tennis, pickleball, or basketball, as long as you avoid the times when there are permits. The courts and lines are in good condition as they were resurfaced fairly recently. There are lights that provide a reasonable amount of light so you can play in the mornings and evenings during the spring, summer, and fall.

The court surfaces were just redone (June 2021) and are in outstanding shape, but the artsy exterior fencing was clearly picked for form over function and includes many gaps for balls to roll through. The courts themselves are multi-purpose, which is great for the community but a little annoying to play on as the courts have many other lines and are frequently being used for other activities.
